NIT Industrial purchased 30.69 acres along Eisenhauer Road, just East of Loop 410 in San Antonio Texas for speculative development. The property is located within the NE Industrial Submarket of San Antonio boasting the strongest absorption and occupancy rates within the Metro. The location was strategically picked based upon the site being strategically located along Loop 410 between major transportation and trade routes along Interstate 10 and Interstate 35. The project consists of two shallow-bay rear-load buildings and two front-load buildings boasting 60’ depths. The development was completed in July 2022.
