Cedar Port
In June 2019 NIT Industrial acquired 12.87 acres within Cedar Port Park – a master-planned industrial business park within Baytown Texas for a ground-up speculative development. The property was picked for its corner location along a major heavy-haul thoroughfare within the park and proximity to both public barge and rail terminals. The property was delivered in March 2021; the project was built in a single-phase on a 100% speculative basis. The development was exited in September 2021.
