Reagan O’Dell

Ensuring that every construction project is physically workable and financially attainable is a mandate Reagan places on every NIT endeavor. In his role as development associate, he meticulously evaluates all proposal aspects: site selection, construction process, risk mitigation, underwriting and investment opportunities. This comprehensive, 360-degree knowledge of industrial real estate construction results in informed financial decisions for NIT and its project investors.

Reagan holds a bachelor's degree in construction science and a master's in land and property development from Texas A&M University. Where he was a part of various groups like REDA, ABC, and Constructionarium's London competition. With his deep understanding of detailed construction techniques and multifaceted regulatory frameworks, he facilitates a seamless and optimized workflow for NIT initiatives. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, snow skiing, fishing, and hunting.
