Leanne Kuciemba

Leanne brings more than 25 years of experience in the development and construction industries to her role as operations manager. She has earned two bachelor’s degrees – a background of academic rigor she seamlessly blends with day-in/day-out workplace organization vital to NIT’s success, growth and productivity. Touching all facets of operations, Leanne has structured a strong vision for the company through strategic planning, workflow efficiency, staff management, effective communication, and project coordination.

Her goals are simple: to enhance NIT’s marketplace profile and empower team members to achieve their best.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, attending live music events, volunteering at her church, and spending time with her family.
