Jeff Nuche

Jeff brings more than 20 years of experience in the construction & real estate development industry to his position as NIT’s founding partner. With an emphasis on the development and construction of industrial assets across the US, Jeff is responsible for more than $1 billion in completed projects across 12 states.

In his primary role, Jeff leads the design, development and construction of NIT’s assets and focuses on new opportunities for platform integration and risk management.

Outside of his work, Jeff supports charitable causes such as the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, the Boot Campaign for veterans and military families, and March of Dimes. Jeff also participates in professional organizations including NAIOP, the Tilt-Up Concrete Association, ACRP, and the Urban Land Institute.
