Jason’s extensive background in industrial capital markets provided the strong foundation for a broader and more nuanced leadership role within the industrial real estate industry. With a degree in finance from University of Colorado (concentrating on real estate and international business), Jason spent the past 15 years in the investment services sector. As a principal and partner, he is responsible for identifying key markets and targeted industrial sites; executing leasing strategies; sourcing project equity and debt; managing broker relations; and overseeing ultimate disposition of stabilized projects.

Since NIT was founded, he has delivered more than 5 million square feet of speculative industrial space. With a keen ability to predict industry trends and assess market metrics, Jason has positioned NIT as a development firm with an enviable reputation, multi-state holdings with growth potential, and national investment appeal.
