Dustin Woodyard

As NIT’s director of development, Dustin oversees all facets of day-to-day operations including site selection and evaluation; underwriting and capital sourcing; site due diligence; and full-cycle project management. He comes to his role as an experienced real estate professional specializing in industrial real estate, having delivered more than 5 million square feet of speculative industrial space. Dustin is committed to ensuring that each NIT development maximizes returns for NIT’s business partners.

Dustin earned a bachelor’s degree in agriculture economics and a master’s degree in land and property development from Texas A&M University. He’s a member of the Urban Land Institute, NAIOP, ACRP, and the Aggie Real Estate Network. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities including hunting, fishing and golf.
