Located in the thriving South Dallas Industrial submarket, this area recorded the second-highest absorption rate in the Dallas-Fort Worth market at the time of acquisition. The site's strategic position along Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway, with seamless access to Interstate 45, made it an ideal choice for development. This fee-based project began construction in September 2023 and was successfully sold to an end user in June 2025.
